BASIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Externally:
- Be a passionate believer in Cause Branding and Corporate Responsibility
- Authentic and sustainable commitment to the integration of causes/social issues into companies, organizations and brands
- Manage, lead and grow the Cause Branding Discipline
- Serve as a proactive, engaging and innovative thought leader to advance the agency’s leadership position nationally and globally
- Play a critical, credible market-facing role
- Speak and attend industry conferences and work with key Cause Branding leadership to ensure high-visibility in the marketplace
- Serve as the senior lead on key accounts
- Maintain and build critical strategic alliances
